Business Conflict Resolution, Mediation and Negotiation

Do you want to learn more about conflict resolution, mediation and negotiation and why it’s important for your business?

Many businesses may feel that they have a firm grip on the policies and strategies when it comes how they deal with conflict resolution, mediation and negotiation with their employees. However, these may not always be very effective and may require additional support.

The William J Clinton Leadership Institute, part of the School of Management at Queen’s University Belfast has many years of experience supporting different businesses and professionals with how they deal with conflict resolution challenges within the business.

We sat down with Enda Young, Programme Director at the William J Clinton Leadership Institute, to discuss how businesses can benefit from implementing processes for conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation.

From a young age, Young had an interest in all things related to conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation.  He went on to become a qualified mediator with the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland as well as the International Mediators’ Institute.  The Leadership Institute has trained many large organizations in a range of industries around the world to improves their processes. These programmes can teach negotiation, conflict resolution and mediation skills to name a few.

The institute offers a range of courses open to businesses and individuals to improve their for conflict resolution strategies and more at work. They have worked with professionals on all levels of business from CEO’s of businesses all the way to those working in retail.
