PROFILETREE REFERRAL PROGRAM

Please read these Terms and Conditions before registering for the ProfileTree Referral Program. If you do not agree with these legally binding terms and conditions, do not continue with the registration.

ELIGIBILITY

To qualify to participate in the program you must be at least 18 years old, be a registered user of ProfileTree and be able to receive payments via PayPal.

ACCEPTANCE

You need to apply to this referral program, an application must be submitted to referrals@profiletree.com, with a brief outline of your proposed promotion of ProfileTree.

REGISTRATION

After registration you will be approved or not approved. Those that are approved will be assigned a unique link that you can use to promote ProfileTree.

REFERRAL FEES

You will earn a referral fee for every person you refer to ProfileTree who takes a subscription within 120 days and does not cancel within the cooling off period, as per the Refund Policy. There is no limit to the amount that can be earned with one year. If the code is not used correctly you will not be due a referral fee and you are responsible for ensuring that the correct code is taken from your account and the code is used as advised.

PAYMENT TERMS

All payments shall be made to your PayPal within sixty (60) days after the end of the calendar month in which they accrued. Payment shall not be by any other means unless agreed with in writing with ProfileTree.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS / PRIVACY / TERMINATION

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for six (6) months from the Effective Date, unless terminated earlier. Either party can terminate this agreement with or without cause by giving written notice (email) to the other party. Both ProfileTree site Terms and Condition sections 'Disclaimers of Warranty' and 'Limitation of Liability' will survive this termination. You also agree to be bound by and comply with ProfileTree's Privacy Policy that is located on this website. It is your responsibility to periodically check these conditions of use in case of any changes. Your continued use of this service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS

ProfileTree reserves the right, at its discretion to modify or replace any of these Terms and Conditions, or change, suspend or terminate the ProfileTree Referral Program, (including without limitation the payment of Referral Fees) at any time by posting a notice on its website or by sending you an email.

MISCELLANEOUS

For all purposes of this Agreement each party shall be and act as an independent contractor and not as partner, joint venture, or agent of the other and shall not bind, nor attempt to bind, the other to any contract. ProfileTree may assign and transfer this Agreement and its rights and obligations hereunder freely without consent. The parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Northern Ireland. The parties further agree that if any portion of this Agreement is illegal or unenforceable, such portion(s) shall be limited or excluded from this Agreement to the minimum extent required and the balance of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
